In light of the government’s recent announcement, and our sense of responsibility to our team & customers, we have ceased offering treatments with immediate effect and our physical salon is now temporarily closed.
We’re saddened and a little scared at having to make such a decision but will bounce back stronger than ever (and with a new team member when Kellie’s baby arrives ❤️). Please bare with us as we contact everyone and keep you updated. Our main priority is the safety, health & wellbeing of our team, their families and anyone who visits our small business.
We’re sorry for our delayed post but it was important that we spoke with our team and offered reassurance to them before making a wider reaching announcement.
- Appointments: We will be in touch with everyone who has appointments over the coming weeks. At the minute we’re uncertain how long we will be closed for but please be reassured that this is temporary and we’ll be back, ready to warmly welcome you all again soon. If you have an Online Booking Account you can manage/cancel any future appointments via this.
- Gift Vouchers: If you have gift vouchers due to expire, please do not worry about these. When we’re back to business as usual we’ll be honouring these.
- Products: We’ve had people asking about the availability of Environ & Dermalogica products while we’re closed. We still have a full range available for sale and these can be ordered online or by emailing email@example.com and popped in the post to you.
- Keep In Touch: We will be posting lots of usual and interesting information, and trying to keep in touch with you all via our social pages so get following us on Facebook and Instagram.
Most importantly, please look after and take care of yourselves & loved ones. These uncertain times will pass and right now it’s about showing kindness and support to one and other.
